Engineers are still working on a platform issue effecting some customers. In order to achieve a resolve, we have been informed that engineers are restarting a core system which could mean some customers temporarily receive a notification stating "your account is locked". We apologise for any inconvenience caused. A further update will be issued shortly.
We are getting reports from some customers this morning that their telephones are not working correctly. We have looked into the issue which appears to be a problem with SIP registration on the hosted platform. We've escalated the issue to platform engineers who are performing further diagnostics and we hope to have a resolution to the problem very shortly.
